The Center for Strategic Studies at the University of Jordan published a study under the title “Libya from the Revolution to the Crisis"

The study displays the Libyan historical background up to the revolution and its aftermath by the crisis experienced by Libya today, the country has gone through in the difficult stages resulted in stages since the monarchy, which saw the building of Libya and its establishment as a state through a coup by Gaddafi and his regime, which came from the concept of the state and traditional institutions that have defined all other countries, which resulted in his consequent dark periods the Libyan revolution in February 17, 2011.

The study discusses the rapid success of the Libyan revolution against Gaddafi and his regime with the help of international society, which has been through multiple Security Council resolutions regarding Libya that led Libya since October 20, 2011, into a new dark tunnel, where intense disagreements and conflicts grew between political and popular forces.

The study concludes by highlighting the importance of the dialogue between the warring factions as it is considered the most strategic tool to reach a solution to the Libyan crisis, the overall security situation in the country is deteriorating sharply, even than in the last period of the acceleration of the United Nations efforts, and international efforts to reach a peaceful settlement to the political crisis and the crisis of institutions in Libya.
